our story

We have been amazing hilarious friends for over 20 years.  We met at work with all the dreams of climbing the corporate ladder – which we did.  As we grew up, our dreams began to evolve in a different direction.  As most friends do, you share same values and interests. 

We love art, especially local art.  We are in love with color (is beige even a color?).  We love things quirky.  We love Charlotte and the neighborhoods of which we reside.  All of those loves have become a passion that we want to share with others to bring some cheer and happiness into every home.   

So, we left our corporate jobs and that’s how Wiloe Home & Gift was born.      

Wiloe (pronounced Willow), is a combination of our last names.  Wiloe is a store focused on modern, colorful, and unique products and brands. The store will welcome and engage our communities and neighborhoods through product and workshops.  We are perfectly based in the Plaza Midwood neighborhood of Charlotte, NC.

Dog Adoption Liaison

We have a digital frame highlighting adoptable dogs in our dog swag room. There will be rescue events throughout the year.
